Cohen, of Acosta's long association with Caltech, from the beginning in the navy V-12 program (WWII), through the postwar return to the Hydraulic Machinery Laboratory, association with Robert Knapp and cavitation studies, various pump projects. Reminiscences of Caltech professors, students and colleagues, especially in mechanical engineering and aeronautics.
